What is a Butter Braid® Pastry?

Imagine braided croissants filled with varieties of fruity and creamy flavors…But Bigger! Getting their name from their claim of being made with 100% real butter, this delicious treat is only available through fundraising. Country Maid invented this nationwide, family-favorite dessert with their founding family’s desire to support themselves and others in times of need. We are proud distributors, continuing the tradition of “Sharing the Good.”

What Do I Earn Fundraising with this Product Program?

For all of our programs, you always earn 40% profit on all sales! Our Butter Braid® Pastries sell at $16 per pastry, which is $6.40 per sale in the funds you raise! If you sell 150 pastries, you earn $960! If you sell 400 pastries, you earn $2,560! How Do I Bake My Butter Braid Pastry?

  • A packaged Cinnamon Butter Braid pastry

    Step 1.

    They arrive packaged and frozen at delivery! You can keep them in the freezer until you are ready to pull them out and bake up a treat!

  • A frozen Butter Braid pastry on a tray

    Step 2.

    When you’re ready, take the frozen Butter Braid® Pastry out of the packaging and put it on a tray. Cover it with cling wrap to help it thaw.

    Step 3.

    Leave the pastry on the tray for 8 to 12 hours and let the dough rise. The pastry will grow twice its original size!

    Step 4.

    After the dough has risen, bake the pastry at 325 °F for 22-27 minutes. Reference the packaging for further instructions.

    Step 5.

    Take the pastry out of the oven when it is done and golden brown. Let it rest and cool down.

    Step 6.

    After it has finished cooling, use the icing packet and cover the top of the Butter Braid® Pastry in a zigzag pattern.

    Step 7.

    Cut the pastry into bite-sized pieces. Now all that's left to do is Share!
